Rom hacks are modifications to (retail) games. This can be from a simple color hack, adding additional levels or weapons, improvements to graphics or sound, or completely new game built.
The intention here is not to build up a whole database of all hacks being released. There are much better sites out there. Focus will be more on rare hacks not to find anywhere else anymore. Or something I really like and I am impressed. The Goldeneye 007 coop hack on N64 was the trigger here, as the file was not online anymore, hence I had the idea to upload such files here.
